I purchased the Genesis "Proposal For The Stage Design" at the concert (in the United States). I was told by the sale-person at the arena that the DVD with the book was a DVD of the concert.
I had not seen the adverts on the webpage for it... so I didn't know any better otherwise.
Anyway, after finding out more about here on the web, I found that not to be the case.
However, no matter what is on the DVD... it doesn't seem to matter, as it will NOT play on standard North-American DVD players at all. I get a message from my DVD player stating "Prohibited due to region code".
I paid $60 for this booklet! And it was sold to me in Columbus, OH... (most definitely in the U.S.) even tho it will not play on U.S. DVD players.
Who do I need to speak with about this to get this issue resolved?
Many thanks!

Buyer beware...You're SOL, unless you were to purchas the cheapest DVD player you can get tour hands on like from a Supermarket or something. ($20-50 range). Sometimes the el cheapo players have no region code chip firmware built in. You can try that and if it srill doesn't work, take the DVD player back. Otherwise you may be able to play it on your computer if it has a DVD drive. Hope this helps.
