Laura's Genesis Gathering 2 9/27/2008

This was the second year in a row we have all gotten together. From the offcial forum and goodtimes were had by all. I actually won the remastered 2-Disc Anthony Phillips - The Geese And The Ghost album. I am currently listening to it now. The trivia question was....What Peter Gabriel song was on the Gremlins Sountrack? Answer OutOut. Actually never appeared in the movie, but 'tis on the album.

Wow Dan Dan, it sounds like you had a great time. I would love to see pictures of the event. It is to bad that we don't have any thing like that here. I am jealous.

LMAO, thank you very much, the best I could do with only a High hat and a small crash! Rachael was there too, in fact you can see her walking up the steps during the video, green shirt. Sunshine sounded better when we didn't record it because we didn't have a real drunk person tryingto play it on keyboards!!! Like i said Pictures coming really soon!

Cool drumming Dan, it was good to watch.
I spotted Rachael straight away too, it looks like you all had great time, looking forward to seeing the pics

BTW isn't The Geese & The Ghost fabulous, I'm so glad you have got it.
Have i mentioned that my copy was personally signed by Mr Phillips himself....pretty cool eh

Well mine wasn't signed, but I do know that he personally mailed it to the gentleman who runs GENESIS - World of Genesis who I won it from! Dave is a good guy!!

Not just signed as mine was signed "All The Best! Ant Phillips" bust a custom signature as yours was signed "No Probs! Ant Phillips". Thank goodess I have a contact on the inside at Camino. Hats off to my pal Andy!! Saved me a lot of grief!!!

Well good for you. All I know is I got it for free, and it is an AMAZING album. Can't wait to start getting more of his albums!!!
