Selling England By The Pound - `Poundnote´

Hello,

a friend of mine gave me an original `Selling England By The Pound - Poundnote´ - I am very happy about it!!
A picture of it you can see below my text. It´s even shown into the Genesis-Book of Armando Gallo on page 75.

Now I have some questions belonging that `poundnote´:
- When these `poundnotes´were distributed?
- Who did it?
- How many of these `poundnotes´were printed?
- Is there anything else, that is interesting to know

It is a variation on an original pound note, obviously with Peter in the flour mask replacing the reigning monarch. It was given out during the Selling England shows (at least for the UK gigs) because, after all, it was the Selling England By The Pound tour. As to numbers printed, it is hard to say.
