The old Wembley stadium had a capacity crowd of 72,000 for rock concerts. That times four sold-out concerts in a row and you have 288,000 people. There are other venues with the same capacity, e.g. the Olympiastadion in Berlin. But it is most impressive indeed.

Because of the dramatic lighting/smoke that loses it effect in the daylight.

Mama was the opening number of the tour and that concert. The powerful opening was weaker in the daylight/twilight.

Actually, Phil confirmed at the Buffalo show on the latest tour that it is indeed about a prostitute.
