Some of you may have noticed already

The German Genesis Fanclub presents: The Steve Hackett Event 2009!

Steve will be our guest at this Event and will be available for autographs, an on stage live-interview and a live-set.

The Event will take place in Remscheid (Germany) on 27th and 28th March 2009. Remscheid is located in the western part of Germany, close to Cologne and Düsseldorf Airports.

All further information will be made available in the new year, including the presale of tickets.

In the meantime - have a merry Christmas and a happy new year!

tell Steve he's welcome in New Zealand anytime he likes. he might like to perform at G-Taranaki, NZ's only guitar festival - G-TARanaki 1st New Zealand International Guitar Festival July 14th to 19th 2008 - G-TARanaki rocked!

the Event will take place on two days and we will offer tickets for each day separately - and also a ticket-bundle for both days.

There will be different programme-elements on both days.

We will confirm all details soon.

If you want to come from outside Germany, we suggest you fly to Düsseldorf Airport. There's a train connection to the venue from there.

If you think about going you had better sort out things fast. The last two-day event we had was with Ray Wilson, and that sold out in a day or two.

It will definitely be worth it. I know that Christian and Peter and Helmut have been working their butts off organising this (me? I'm just a dictionary, you can tell me by the way I talk...) and I have yet to meet somebody who went to a Genesis fanclub event and was disappointed.

Or just come over for a quick pint or two.

After it has been confirmed that NICK MAGNUS will be there as well and also perform a couple of songs with John Hackett, we can announce yet another suprise

There will be another live-act on the 27th which will be announced soon.
