I own a few Paul Carrack albums. I always loved his voice but I am also glad he didn't become the singer of genesis.

Nevertheless, I also pike his contribution on Steve's album Genesis Revisited.

my favorite Carrack solo album is Beautiful World

Apart from Nightbird, I have all Carrack solo-albums

at the moment, his cover-album "groovin" is my favorite. his voice seems to be suitable for nearly every music style.

I never saw him live on one of his solo-tours, but I saw him in 1996 as support of Sting (!) (when Blue Views came out) and with the Mechanics in 1999

Loved him with The Squeeze, "Tempted" is such a great track, killer vocals.

I love Squeeze's Pulling Mussles From A Shell. Quite odd, but neat!
