Cinema Show

Does anyone know anything about the previous coverband called "Cinema Show" from Los Angeles? I'm trying to get some information on the former lead singer, Shaun Guerin. Thanks.

Ok, long time since you posted this - but here goes: I was in Cinema Show. Shaun was the singer/2nd drummer and I was the main drummer and founding member with former keys player Brian Holt. After Shaun's passing, we pretty much disbanded. We had previously lost Tom Shannon to cancer a while before Shaun's passing.

Matt Brown (keys), Jeff Wilson (one-time bass player in the band) and myself joined Gabble Ratchet.

If you wish to know more, you may send me a private message.

Buddy - sounds like you went through a hell of a lot of pain - I am sorry to hear this. God bless you!

That's very kind of you to say. Yes, those days weren't easy for us. Every time I take to the stage to play this stuff I think of Shaun and Tom. On Shaun's posthumous album (put out by Clearlight Records), the company included a live recording of us doing Colony of The Slipperman and also our drum duet together. Shaun also left his significant other and young (at the time - 1 year old) son.

But, God has blessed me richly otherwise!

Peace,
Scott
