probably a popular choice, but Face Value remains Phil's best work so far.

I voted for "...but seriously" a few months ago in the german forum, but my oppinion has changed and now I need to say that "Face Value" definetly is his best album. And I don't think there'll be an album better than this one in the future, so I wouldn't ever change again.

Greetings,

Zaebba

I always had an affection for Both Sides. Face Value is probably better, but Both Sides is the one I like more

that would be DANCE INTO THE LIGHT. I wouldn't say it's his best work (that's more likely FACE VALUE) but DITL always makes me feel good.

without any doubt: But Seriously.

This is mainstream at its best! And this can also be high quality!

Face Value, of course. Both Sides came close, the tarzan soundtrack is nice, but Testify is awful. Phil never topped Face Value.

I recommend this documentary about the making of this record. Incredible DVD!

hello...

My favorite track is The West Side (suprise, suprise...) so Hello, I Must Be Going is my favorite. It's a bit more lively than Face Value, which I like
