I hope Rhino sets a North American release date soon. I'm holding out for the NA release so I don't have to pay import prices.

It is a pain paying the import prices, but the difference is the imports are SACD and the domestic is just a CD. If you have a SACD capable player and a decent stereo system, it is worth the extra money. The SACDs offer improved resolution, and this is one thing I want the best of. And since I have bought these same albums first on vinyl, then on regular CD, then on the "Defintive Remaster" cds, and even bought the mini LP style Japanese imports, why stop a good streak now?

Yeah see, I'm not set up for SACD. The only hi-res format I can play is DVD-Audio. Besides, while my ears can certainly hear the difference between CD and high-res like SACD or DVD-Audio, I can't hear the difference between SACD and the DTS 96/24 audio on the US DVDs. Both sound exquisite to me. For that reason, it's a matter of greenbacks to me.

I think if I was employed, I would get the SACD version again, as I did for the first box, but I think this time I might get the NA release.......I do not know yet.....Unemplyment might still be afordable!
