Genesis: No changes in set list so far / New teaser clip on May 30th
Nick Davis has joined the rehearsals in Brussels, Belgium, on Whitsun Monday. Apart from expressing his enthusiasm for the stage setup he also told users of the official forum that the set list from the Cossonay rehearsals had not changed so far.
Further impressions from the “production rehearsals” (day 9) have been advertised in the multimedia section of the official website for the evening of Wednesday, May 30.

Absolutely! Hold on my Heart - what are they thinking! I can’t believe they would leave out other quality stuff (both with and without Gabriel) for that pile of nothingness!
In the Cage Rocks!

…well I guess they want to reach out to their female fans with a song like “Hold on my heart”…can’t think of another reason!! …

I really like all Genesis stuff, but come on guy’s you can do better than Hold on my heart. What about classic stuff like Eleventh Earl of Mar or ABACAB for that matter. Well I guess when they play hold on my heart it would be a perfect time to use the head and get another beer. Thank’s for the break guy’s! LOL

30 Years later people still bitch about this Peter Gabriel issue. Look all bands evolve artistically and commercially. Enough about Peter Gabriel, he’s fantastic as a solo artist, and give credit to Tony, Mike and Phil, who have sold over 100 million records, sold out concerts after their last mega hit 20 years ago…Lets just enjoy their music and listen over and over and over.
The show was incredible, the 10 million dollar stage spectacular and even the Montreal Olympic stadium that has not seen a show in 10 years, sounded impressive.
I would like to add that Genesis fans have outlooked Chester and Darryl, both whom are excellent musicians and have toured with Genesis for over 30 years.
Thanks to every one involved in giving us not good but unbeliveable music over the years.
If your still hung up about Peter Gabriel and the early Genesis, then don’t miss The Musical Box… An excellenet tribute band.
My only concert complaint were; I could do without Domino and I would have preffered Abacab and Misuderstanding….
THANKS GENESIS FOR A WONDERFUL SHOW
