Hey man! I was at the Brussels show as well last night. Being 24 years old you'll understand that this was my first Genesis show:-)

I really enjoyed it, the lightshow was wonderful and I'm glad that this was the best show so far (coming from you who has seen how many? I feel I can trust your judgment:-) ). I must say however that Land Of Confusion, In The Cage / The Cinema Show / Duke’s Travels and Afterglow were pretty boring for me. And I had pretty high hopes for these songs! That's the strange thing! Anyway, that group of songs was the weakest point of the whole concert. I felt like they started out strong, but then somehow couldn't keep it going.

Starting with Hold On My Heart however the whole show never stopped being amazing until the end. I'd say: great crowd, great Phil (I don't know if he does the Domino-thing with the audience everywhere and frankly I don't care, I had FUN!!!), great sound as well and all in all a VERY decent show.

Keep up the writing!

Hi, I wrote this line only to thank you for everything you did and you will do. I envy you for seeing so much Genesis. Here in Italy they will play in mid July but I won't be able to attend the gig so you are the best contact for me with Genesis. Thank you again. Roberto

Hi there,my name is rob,im from the us and am a hugh genesis/phil collins fan.I've been a fan now for over 25 yeras now and am looking forward to seeing them here in the U.S,I would like to tell you i think that 1)you are a very fortunate individual to be able to see the bands entire European leg of the tour.second, you site is greta, very informative on the set list, your honesty about phils' vocal miscues and the vividness which allows me to be able to bring your words to life in my head.Well,i look forward to the interview, the shows bound here and hoopefully new music and the band to be around sooner and not another 15 years from now.Good luck with your travels, the weather and your seats, look forward to a response if you chose to. Rob

Ulli,

Thanks so much for all the details and photos. I'll see the band in Philadelphia and Washington, DC and can't wait. I've seen the setlist, but was wondering how long does the concert last? Keep up the great work. Thanks again, RayJ

We came to the Brussels show and despite the weather it was a terrific show - especially the novel drum piece by Phil and Chester...as for the stadium, it was fantastic, no queues for drinks and food and decent prices too....I'm glad we came to Brussels rather than waiting for the UK shows which will not doubt be terribly expensive for food and drink and huge queues.

Enjoy the rest of the shows...me (I'm just a lawnmower...), I'll just settle for the CD when it comes out (themusic.com)
