What a fantastic album .... especially when it's the last one
I just can't get on with this one. Never been a big Bowie fan, admittedly, but I really like Next Day, so had high hopes for this. I guess he was like Banks in that you never knew quite what to expect next.

I listened a lot to the upgraded Momentary lapse of reason album lately and I really enjoy it more than I used to. In fact the whole later years period is quite interesting.

I agree. I think by The Final Cut, Roger Waters' shtick was getting a bit monotonous. The subsequent two albums definitely bring something different. I especially like The Division Bell, where they really seem to come together as a band once more.
