Cheers for posting that, great performance. Checking the setlist for that gig (the sole show in Austria) it looks like this was the first part of the Lamb/Musical Box medley, and was the encore.

Nice to see professional footage from the 78 tour, it seems so rare. But I suppose back then almost no tours were properly filmed.

As per this and @Simon1967's comment, yes professional filming will generally not be confined to individual songs and likely the whole show will have been filmed. But even if not, such a long tour must have been filmed at some point. Then again, look at how difficult it is to find professional footage of the IT tour Cage medleys.
