I think we needn't be pernickety about the term "b-side". I'm guessing the intention is to discuss stuff that wasn't originally on album releases including anything that wasn't literally on the reverse side of a single but Liquid Len will confirm if he wishes to.

I like a lot of them, particular faves are Happy The Man, It's Yourself, Inside & Out, Pigeons, Vancouver, and Submarine.

If I had to narrow it down to one track that I wish made it onto the final album (in this case, Duke), it would be Evidence Of Autumn.

I really like a lot of the non-album tracks, but EoA is probably my favourite of that bunch.

GENESIS: Your favorite B-Sides / Non-Album tracks

I have decided not to include the B-Sides from the very first album, but have listed the bonus tracks from the green boxset.

I'd forgotten about It's Yourself! What a great tune. It has an intense singular atmosphere Genesis didn't do too much. A bit like Hairless Heart or After the Ordeal but obviously those were instrumentals, and It's Yourself had the added complexity of fitting into a suite that was never made.

(On the other hand "Me & Virgil" & "Nowhere Else To Turn" may be my 2 least favorite Genesis songs.)
