    Week 21 (Jan 8/9) - all FA cup matches - again 10 instead of 8 in case of further postponements.


    There are no replays in the 3rd round this year. As a result if a match finishes as a draw penalties will decide the winning team. I am not taking into account penalties. eg if you predict Charlton v Norwich as a draw and it finishes after extra time as a draw you will receive 1 or 3 points. If Norwich win on penalties I will not take that as a Norwich win. Hopefully that makes sense. In a nutshell the final score after 90 or 120 minutes is what will count.

    So basically a draw is a draw, (3 points), that's if you selected a draw in prediction round, even though the team decides if a win goes on penalties.

    Let's take West Brom v Brighton. If 2 people predict 1-1 and 1-2. The match finishes 0-0 after extra time and Brighton then win on penalties. The person predicting 1-1 will get 1 point. The person predicting 1-2 will get 0 points even though Brighton won because we are not taking into account penalties. Whatever the scoreline is after 90 or 120 minutes is what will count.
