It is a little sobering that there is no sign from Real World that releases of new stuff are coming soon. It seems to be more likely that they will continue offering archive stuff in the next time.

They have worked on 22/23 tracks and finished 17 of them, so there are 5 finished tracks remaining. Plaus there might be an option to do new versions of Show Yourself (this track has not been part of Rated PG) and PG said in one of his Full Moon videos that he would like to continue with new music in 2024 - and indeed those tracks would then be for another new album. No contradiction here ....
Tracks we are aware of are:
What Lies Ahead
Put The Bucket Down
I would love to think that five new (unheard) songs are actually finished. But do we have confirmation of this? We know they were worked on, and the band made their contributions, yet isn't it possible that PG still needs to mix and master these? And knowing PG, this could take some time.
In any case, I hope I'm wrong and you're right!

Yeah it would be great to get any remaining songs recorded during the i/o sessions. Alas, I would be surprised if we got new songs this year. Maybe 2025. It's hard to imagine PG gearing up for a new album release in 2024, and I suspect he will save any new songs for i/o's follow-up. (Even the idea of a follow-up to i/o feels overly optimistic, given the pace at which PG works.)
In the meantime, I'm happy to have these archive releases.

Peter himself said a couple of times he might continue with new songs as there is "a surplus", so the 17/18 tracks are surely correct. Later he said he'll postpone further new tracks by six month to have some kind of sabbatical after the US/Canada tour. So now I am also curious to see whether or not he will present something new.

He would't have to release a new album this year. The 2023 experience showed quite nicely that the album success had nothing to do with the early digital rleease of tracks.
Thinking about this, I also believe he won't start with new material before autumn. Or maybe he has a different idea now ...

I am pretty sure that whatever he intended to do this year, is a plan he has changed a couple of times already. So I don't expect anything soon.

You’re right. Im very sad that the I/O Tour was so short…

This wasn't really a surprise. Quite obviously the album production was expensive, so he probably needed a tour to finance that. Then again, he's 74, so I didn't really expect a longer tour. I even found it surprising he did Europa AND North America.
Peter lives his life and family means everything for him, he doesn't have to do all that touring etc. So no wonder he did limit that to what's necessary and a bit of fun probably.
Even if a new album is coming within the next 1-2 years, I wouldn't expect him to tour again .....

I don't think he's said his last word about touring. He was in much better shape (physically and vocally) during the i/o tour than he was during the concerts with Sting in 2016.

So, Full Moon today...
I have a slight feeling we will only get more Lunatics in the big room stuff ...
-
Yes... it's a little bit boring.
-
So here we have Downside-Up from the same show
But: They announced another demo - plus a track we all know but not with this person singing ....

I agree. For me, it is (currently) not really exciting. Was hoping for something different. Maybe rehearsal versions from the recent tour, alternate stuff like "Quiet Steam" etc.

A lot of fans anticiated this, so here is Excuse Me (1975 demo)
/ Peter Gabriel releases demo of "Excuse Me" on Bandcamp (genesis-news.com)

I think I have this on a bootleg somewhere. It's look to have it now this way, but I'd prefer some later stuff and alternate versions etc. Also something from the i/o rehearsals would be nice.

The third track within this lunar cycle should be with us soon.
I still wonder if and when we will continue with new music ...
-
If you ask me: They don't know either.
Gabriel had that idea "hey, let's continue with music releases every month" - and probably he was abolutely sure he would release the new stuff he has in hand, soon. But as always Gabriel changed priorities and focus. Now this has turned from a temporary to a permanent thing.

or a matter of history repeating itself. He wanted to release i/o 18 months after UP, that never happened. Now the same ...

Indeed. Peter won't be releasing new music anytime soon.

Third track in this lunar cycle is still missing.

A little surprise today. It's Make Tomorrow in an unheared version
