This has probably been asked before and I missed it, but I was just wondering if anyone knows why Tarka was skipped in the Cherry Red reissue series? Are they saving it for the big finale release or something?
Tarka reissue?

That actually is a legal issue they are trying to solve, but as Ant states, it’s currently out of his hands.
So let’s hope they will all sort this out some day.

Apart from Tarka, there are still some other albums that have not been reissued yet - as for some of them it is questionable whether they ever will. Here´s the whole list:
The Missing Links series (Finger Painting (1989),The Sky Road (1994), Time & Tide (1997), Pathways & Promenades (2009))
The Living Room Concert (1995) or the Lyric Book, respectively
The Guillermo Cazenave cooperations (The Meadows of Englewood (1996), Live Radio Sessions (1998))
The Archive Collection (Volume One (1998), Volume Two (2004)) Radio Clyde (2003)

Probably not all of the album yo have listed would be interesting for an expanded re-release, but certainly Wildlife would be nice and Ahead Of The Field probably as well....

thanks for the info guys. It's a shame - Tarka is one of his best.

Would love Tarka to be re-issued. Great album indeed!....
