Bugenhagen - 'Bu:gen'heigen' (2017)
Not sure who I got this from, but it is fabulous!
“A great debut from these north Cumbrian prog hopefuls. This is quintessential british prog. The reason for its britishness is the band's ability to blend hummable pop hooks with expansive, atmospheric prog rock and interesting lyrical themes in a way the great, trailblazing British prog bands of the 70s did.”

Surprisingly, I haven't heard anything by these guys.

Shame but I don't think they have released anything for a few years
Circus Pandemonium came out in 2014 and was their last studio album. They released a live album in 2016 Trifles and Pandemonium. I have them both.

Years since I have played this but forgot how good it is
Big fan of these Swedes

I believe you're correct, Ned. I played that record endlessly as a kid.
Can you believe that I have a copy of this?

Don't think I have any of these Narada compilations but will have a closer look
You know where to find me.

I always loved the Peter and the Wolf story put to music. I had a 45 rpm as a kid performed by some philharmonic orchestra with narration. Great stuff!
I think the version you are referring to was the 1960s one that Peter Ustinov narrated.

I have David Arkenstone's 'Another Star In The Sky' and a few Lanz/Arkenstone collaborations as well. I don't have any other Narada anniversary collections. I also have a couple of David Lanz/Paul Speer albums. The Windham Hill collections are nice too.
Essential David Arkenstone albums are Valley in the Clouds and Citizens of Time. I have around 60 of his albums plus stuff he did with his ex wife Diane.

Narada - 'Decade: The Anniversary Collection' (1993)
WONDERFUL - PEACEFUL- TRANQUIL - the best songs from Narada label artists in their first 10 years. Love this stuff!

I have a lot of the Narada artists in my collection. Oh and first 2 Peter Buffet albums are gems.

Definitely not the version I remember...LOL They took a lot of liberties with this version, didn't they. Thanks, Noni! Very interesting, indeed!
Think this was done around the time Jack Lancaster and Robin Lumley did Marscape and discussions within the Brand X group. I have that album too.
