Wow, thanks for sharing this. This guy seems to have all the uncut videos from the Together and apart production.

Happy anniversary and thanks for all the work!

very sad news indeed. I read the whole Brand X history article here on this site just recently. What a loss!

oops, I didn't even know this track, thanks for sharing!

Three additional shows announced today
New York City
Carmel
Phoenix
I can't remember Steve doing more shows in North America during one tour ... ever.
Quite exciting for him, I suppose. And great to see him covering ground other usually don't (or can't).

Will be in Cologne, Amsterdam and probably London.

Wow, that's quite an achievement. Of course, chances to win look slim (looking at the other nominated drummers), but who knows? In the end it's more a matter of good promotion to get fans to vote. Good luck, Nic

Great venue, great fans. Been there a couple of years ago and have nice memories. If COVID wasn't around, I probably would go again. Enjoy!

Came across the new Tears for Fears single - great stuff

I am beginning to think it must be due to marital issues at home, perhaps he doesn't want to stay at home. Just kidding of course, on a more serious note, I think Peter must have lost any sort of drive or motivation to release a new studio album, despite the fact that he has allegedly been sitting on tons of new material for almost 2 decades now.
I think he was close to finishing that album five years ago, just before his wife got sick. Maybe some future interviews will reveal the whole thing.

Fingers crossed so that the Canada US tour is not impacted by this.
I don't think so. It's still a couple of weeks ahead and the only question would be health issues. But I think I read somewhere they are all vaccinated, so we can assume they won't get sick, at least not for long.
What remains unclear is the general situation in the US and Canada regarding indoor shows and large crowds.

Everybody should check before traveling anyway. Looks like some people were already in London so they couldn't rearrange. They will have double costs for travelling then. Pity. On the other hand: We all knew it was risky, didn't we?

Speaking of jarring, the transition from "Fading Lights" to "Cinema Show" sounds super abrupt and out of nowhere to near me.
That was a shock indeed. Nevertheless the medley somehow works. It begins and ends with melancholy tracks about the end of things / time and has this powerful playing in the middle.

Have added the new tour to this poll and you can all add this to your votes.
-
Tough question - I haven't seen the majority of their tours. Picked the MAMA tour.
Check this poll I started a while ago as well

Have mixed feelings about the album, but I do like it more today than I used to!
-
oh, so it's getting serious today! Can't wait to read the first comments.

Always nice to see Amanda joining the stage with the guys. I saw her years ago (pre- Genesis Rev era) and thought she was a nice addition to the band!

Although it sounds a bit like that, I wouldn't bet this is the final word. The tour will surely be the final one but I assume they will enjoy the shows and add some more next year.

I watched the documentary a couple of days ago. It was not bad at all, I enjoyed it. After all, I'm delighted that our old heroes are actually doing music again. But the documentary in itself, I didn't think it was that special. It was quite short and too much filler material. I downloaded it from Youtube for future reference, but that's not the kind of content I'm willing to pay for. I hope that there will later be a lengthy documentary with lots of extras, like they released after the 2007 tour.
You mean like "Come Rain Or Shine"?
This new documentary is of course a special thing, since it's completely based on rehearsals. Also, as far as I understood this, it won't be available outside North America anyway. So why bother ...
