Sounds interesting, but some questions remain unanswered:
Are these new stereo mixes or just remastered old mixes?
Will there be bonus-tracks?
What kind of set is this: indiidual CDs inside or just cardsleeves?
Will the set contain a booklet or individual booklets?
What happened to the 5.1 plans?

It's quite obvious that Kim Poor gets completely ignored these days. I kind of understand Steve, but she was a part of his earlier albums, her cover designs were fantastic ...

I'm quite pleased with the record in general, but these tracks stand out for me.
They have put the wrong track on this album? Really? I mean, could this get any worse????
They have never trated their releases accurately. A shame.
strange discussion for me, actually. We are talking about a couple of solo tracks and I don't even know whether or not that sounds like from the tape. I go to see Steve Hackett play the guitar and he has got an incredible live band. Haven't seen anyone complain so far about these shows. In fact, people were very enthusiastic.

I may write more later about The Lamb.
It was a trick one to dive into. cd1 was quite easy to access, but cd2 was strange for me. standout tracks for me are fly on a windshiels, carpet crawlers, lamia, riding the scree and it. waiting room is special as it's so unique. in the cage was better live, especially on later tours. counting out time is fun, a bite like happy the man meets just a job to do.
overall it's the number of tracks, the mystery of the story and the fact that you won't find the usual prog suspects, instead you get bits and pieces of prog. and a lot of songs.

Looks like the Germans like We Can't Dance 
Lamb, Duke and Dance for me. Foxtrot would follow next.
As I said, I like both Lamb and Dance. Lamb astonishes me again and again and Dance is such a great collection of songs and has a wonderful atmosphere.
Duke excites me as well, especially due to Duke's Travels / End.
Will they also do a new CD version at some point? Or a stand alone release of the 5.1 version?
I don't care much about vinyl ....
Shame they don't do CDs or a complete set for fans. I wonder why that is so difficult. Feels like they don't really care much about the real fans.

That's how I got introduced to his solo stuff. I still love We Do What We're Told a lot, a bit tired of In Your Eyes, but never of Sledgehammer.

It could be his "best" album in terms of music. Nevertheless, some tracks could be better, like he proved when he recorded a new version of Washing Of The Water with Jools Holland
