Yes, and that must have been the Turn It On Again medley with all the 60's oldies (and possibly some contemporary hits). There's an upload on youtube, audio only, that documents this. If I'm not mistaken, they had to interrupt this medley for the same reason as well as on the Mama tour as on the Invisible Touch tour, both times it appears the Dutch fans were responsible.

Been on a Steely Dan trip today:

    Donald Fagen - The Nightfly

Steely Dan - Alive In America

Steely Dan - Countdown To Ecstasy

And then I wanted to proceed with Pretzel Logic but I changed my mind. So now I am enjoying the genius sparks of

Genesis - A Trick Of The Tail

Despite me being everyday in this forum and thinking and reading a lot about this band, I don't listen to their music all the time. So listening to this album now just blows me away. What an incredible amazing record.

This renaissance cittern would serve him really well. What this guy plays here sounds already a little bit like something Ant would come up with:

Well I find myself patiently waiting for the day he will purchase this one:

I would not bet on too many surprises. My guess is we will basically get the 2007 set list minus stuff such as Los Endos, plus some songs that didn't make it into the list back then (In Too Deep, Jesus He Knows Me, That's All...).

Am I right in thinking that Hackett used to not participate in live renditions of the Cinema Show instrumental?

If you refer to the second half (meaning all of the synth solo) then you are right. After the guitar solo, when the 7/8 starts, Steve and Peter would always leave the stage and the remaining song was performed by the trio. The reason for this was neither Steve nor Peter had anything to do during that part.

Yes, I forgot about The Dividing Line! That's definitely a programmed loop running created by Tony.

Carpet Crawlers does not have a bass guitar at all, only that electric piano Tony plays, which is quite exceptional for a song from that time.

And yes you're right about It's Gonna Get Better, that's Tony playing a synth bass.

There's other songs with synth bass like Turn It On Again but that was Mike playing his bass pedals.

Musicians: Tony Banks, Phil Collins, Mike Rutherford

Last time I checked I thought I could make out Steve and Peter too though you have to listen carefully. They're buried somewhere in the mix, it's hard to track them... ;)

I love this song. I didn't like it when I heard it for the first time as a kid but it grew immensely on me, it has become one of my all-time Genesis favourites. Regarding song writing this has to be one of the rare songs I cannot make out any of the five as predominant, they all contributed their share.

I have a few friends from the USA and I can throw in what I know of their views on Trump.

One of my friends says she voted for Trump mainly because she was against Hillary Clinton.

Another friend says she never goes voting because she hates dealing with politics, but she says had she voted she had given her vote to a third candidate because with Clinton and Trump there was no serious option.

Another friend was a Bernie Sanders supporter, with him being dropped she gave up on voting.

That last friend has a friend who is a very vocal Trump supporter and who was against Obama beforehand for all kinds of reasons and who seems to view Trump as the best that could happen to the US.

Out of these four Americans only one appears to be a fan of Trump, all the others saw him as just as bad or just slightly better than Hillary. For me and my European friends the surprise in this is what a strongly negative image Hillary Clinton seems to have, here Trump is generally regarded as the absolute worst case, everything else would have been better, so it's hard to grasp how people could see him as the "littler evil".
