All three Cologne shows will go ahead as planned!
Great news for the German fans 👍

I find this bizarre and hilarious at the same time! Of ALL the tracks to play...!
Don't get me wrong, I like it. But I assumed it hadn't been played on radio since 1977.
indeed...always makes me smile when hear the opening chords. As you are right, one of the last tracks you would expect to hear and yet does get played fairly often
maybe even may make an appearance on Spotify then!
Bloody hell! No you certainly don't. Which show?
MoTd is quite often played by Ken Bruce or Jeremy Vine...reckon their producer must like it!
has Brian Pern from Thotch been at it again?,😂
wasn't in epping forest? 😉
my listening dropped off in the late 80's, so hard to say, although have listened to some of his recent albums, but just don't grab me
I am in that rare minority that actually quite liked Cured!...all about timing, as was also listening to more elecrto at the time and moving away from heavy rock
Remember seeing him play some tracks from Cured at Reading Festival...Ah, what a Funny Feeling that was! 😄
As 4th time round for London trying not to get too excited...German shows in 4 weeks, so any decision will need to be made soon, and maybe no news is good news in this case
remember the Stones tour( and some other bands ), when they pulled someone out of the crowd who could request a song?...with Genesis about as likely as Phils ex wife appearing on stage!.
As prev mentioned it is a highly produced show and will be coming to London straight from European shows. Maybe PG making a brief appearance, but even that may be a stretch and Steve is on his US tour in March
apart from some resales, it looks like all 3 nights are pretty much sold out...guessing some thinking that these could be the last shows, and on home turf...nice if they do finish to full house. See you on the 25th 🤞
Cheers Christian, and to you too! ...hopefully 2022 will finally get to see the band in London 🤞
slightly off piste but some xmas humour ...watching School of Rock for the umpteenth time yesterday..laughing when Jack Black hands out the CD in class referencing Rush,Floyd and the keyboard solo on Yes's Roundabout....can just imagine TB choking on his popcorn when he saw that 😂
Duke would probably be the most played...a few others following behind..Abacab/W and W /Trespass.
Have played them so often over the years, that tend now to play favourite good quality boots as well as some mood lists that i have set up on Spotify..just to mix things up a bit!
Happy Birthday to the the second best album ever made by anybody ever. (One caveat, I haven't listened to every single other album ever made)
Ha ha...doesn't matter..still a great album to beat!
although i think that IT was their only no 1 song in the US...so leaving it out would have been highly unlikely..
agree. Also around this time i also liked his voice on the Brand X Product album and the vocal he did with AP...
agree. I have posted before that i really like the first part of the song..although it does seem a little disjointed as moves into los endos part.
For me, around this period Phil's vocal was at his best , especially on this track and always love listening to...is the subject about lost love or PG leaving, we can but wonder
bit harsh for Nic being casted as a dinosaur at his age! 😄
Duchess getting a lot of love ...quite rightly. Has been one of my favs for a long time, and love the intro.
Looking forward to hearing hopefully in London...think i last heard it live was 1980!
