all 5 discs feel so random, it's a shame they didn't release 5 complete shows really, but something is better than nothing.

Saw the vinyl set in HMV today, think it was £65 compared to Amazon at £51

Plus they had to tune their instruments in between songs as well.
Not like 2022 when they had people doing it for them during the show and just swapping them over.

I really like Say its alright Joe, until it gets to the instrumental part when it seems Tony reverts back to an 8yr old with a new keyboard hitting the sound affect buttons thinking it's cool.

It's okay but nothing groundbreaking or worth that length of time between albums imo.
Feels very early 80s, will be interesting to hear the whole album.

In the interview I thought he was going to ask about what they would do next but I think Mike took that away from Phil so we never got Phils thoughts perhaps back.then.
It's a shame they never did one more album.

Before I get shot down.... this is purely hypothetical only.
But given everyone in the band is fit and well and they have a great drummer in Nic, who has shown how good he is and eager to perform the older and longer pieces, I wondered if maybe in a few years time, whether Tony, Mike and Nic (with Darryl) would consider simply doing a small tour playing smaller theatres playing only instrumental version of their songs which would allow for more longer pieces to be played again and give Tony maybe his moment to really shine etc
Phil had said many years ago about the 4 piece band doing just this after Peter left and now they no longer have a healthy singer, it would be a way to keep the band alive in a way fans would accept?
Would this be something people would like should it be possible?

I Don't Care Anymore, is a quality song especially his original live version.
Interestingly about this album and it being weaker than Face Value as stated above, Phil still thought Against all Odds was not good enough for this record.
