Mike + The Mechanics: Is Tim Howar the 2nd singer?

Andrew Roachford is the new singer of the new Mike + The Mechanics line-up – Mike himself confirmed this earlier this year. It looks like Mike returns to his concept of having two different singers in the band. According to Wikipedia, the second front man of the new Mechanics line-up is Tim Howar, who used to be singer with rock band Van Tramp.
