Last year, Tony Banks revealed in an interview with genesis-news.com, that his solo albums will all be reissued, including brand new stereo and 5.1 Surround mixes by Nick Davis (see news item here or the complete interview at this link).
On February 26th, the first two solo albums, A Curious Feeling and The Fugitive, will be released in three physical formats: On standard CD, CD/DVD hardbook and Vinyl. The new mixes were made by Nick Davis and the 5.1 Surround versions can be found on the CD/DVD hardbook editions. A Curious Feeling was available in this format a few years ago, but it quickly ran out of print (the new version contains the same mix which was released on the last edition in 2009). As for The Fugitive, it is the first ever 5.1 Surround Mix, of course.
The DVD of A Curious Feeling contains the Bonus-Videos For A While and The Waters Of Lethe, and The Fugitive contains the promo-video of This Is Love as an extra. The Vinyl-LPs are 180g editions. The new editions are available for pre-order:
