Peter Gabriel: “Burn You Up…” promo version on Bandcamp

Yesterday, on the new moon, Peter Gabriel made the promo version of Burn You Up, Burn You Down available to the Full Moon Club on Bandcamp.

Yesterday, on the new moon in December, another track was released in the Full Moon Club on Bandcamp. Burn You Up, Burn You Down was previously released in various versions, including the version on HIT. There was also a single mix, which differed significantly from the album version. The song also appeared on Big Blue Ball.

In addition, many fans are familiar with the song from a promo CD of the album UP, which was distributed to media representatives in mid-2002. At that time, UP had eleven tracks, and Burn You Up, Burn You Down was one of them. The promo CD is an interesting collector’s item. Many of the songs on the album were mixed differently. In addition to having a different track order, No Way Out was still called Don’t Leave.

Burn You Up, Burn You Down (UP Album Promo Version) is now available on Bandcamp. Peter also left us the following message: Feels like 2026 is going to be exciting, so catch up with you all soon!

Gabriel’s Full Moon Club on Bandcamp provides fans with at least three tracks per month and costs £3 per month. A credit card is required for the subscription. You can find the Full Moon Club here.
