Peter Gabriel: First “o\i”-Song “Been Undone” out on 3 January

On January 3, Peter Gabriel will release the first song from his new album o\i – it’s called Been Undone.

On New Year’s Eve, Peter Gabriel pointed to the full moon with the addition ‘Watch out – Happy New Oi’, and now it’s certain: tomorrow, the first of twelve songs from the new album o\i will be released – the song is called Been Undone and will first appear in the Dark-Side Mix. Similar to i/o, there will also be a Bright-Side Mix. This time, however, the ‘mixers’ will be given different elements from the recording sessions, so the results are likely to sound different and also be of different lengths.

Bandcamp subscribers can once again look forward to session outtakes and alternative versions. There has been no mention of an In-Side Mix so far. We assume that more information will be available later in the year.

This means that there will once again be a new song for every full moon. Bandcamp subscribers will automatically have the songs in their library.
