Peter Gabriel releases “Of These, Hope” variation on Bandcamp

For today’s full moon, members of the Peter Gabriel Full Moon Club on Bandcamp get a different version of the track Of These, Hope.

It is full moon time again.Aafter the surprise release of the album In The Big Room (which was added for free to the libraries of the Full Moon Club subscribers) we now get a different version of the track Of These, Hope.

This track was originally part of the soundtrack for The Past Temptation Of Christ (Passion). The soundtrack features two versions. The second version (the ‘Reprise’ version), features vocals from Baaba Maal, but rather low in the mix.

In this version (Of These, Hope (Vocal)), we hear vocals from both Baaba Maal and Peter Gabriel much more prominently positioned. This gives us a little insight into the studio explorations for this piece.
