Peter Gabriel: Work in Progress version of "Put The Bucket Down" on Bandcamp!

With a slight delay, a work-in-progress version of the song Put The Bucket Down was released today on Bandcamp!

Many Full Moon Club members on Bandcamp missed the third version of the song Put The Bucket Down during the last lunar cycle. It was not released until the song What Lies Ahead was released on the new full moon.

Now Peter Gabriel has released an early version of Put The Bucket Down on Bandcamp. This work-in-progress version is significantly shorter, but already has lyrics. Manu Katche wasn't listed in the track's credits and is not featured on this version either. This version is from 2021.

Peter writes on Bandcamp: This particular version is from December 2021, and – notwithstanding David Rhodes' guitar part from even earlier – reflects the development of the song during the period from February 2019 to this point in late 2021..

Put The Bucket Down (Work in Progress Version) is now available in your libraries on Bandcamp. You can find an article about all versions of the song here (the new version will be added shortly).
