Phil Collins nominated for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

The time has come: Phil Collins has been nominated for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, alongside others.
The nominations for this year's Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees were eagerly awaited today. In the run-up to the announcement, there were several initiatives (such as this one) to secure a possible nomination for Phil Collins – apparently with success.
The Hall of Fame announced today that Phil Collins has been nominated. Alongside Phil, Oasis, Mariah Carey, Lauryn Hill, Pink, Black Crowes, Jeff Buckley, Melissa Etheridge, Billy Idol, INXS, Iron Maiden, Joy Division/New Order, New Edition, Sade, Shakira, Luther Vandross and Wu-Tang Clan have also been nominated.
Last year, seven musicians and/or bands were ultimately inducted into the Hall of Fame. The final inductees for 2026 will be announced in April. Information about the Hall of Fame is also available on the official website.
