The Ant Band release new album – Genesis debut album reimagined

The Ant Band's new album will be released on 13 February. This time, it is a reinterpretation of Genesis' first album, From Genesis To Revelation.

Following the success of the Anthony Phillips tribute album A Light On The Hill, the Ant Band is embarking on a new adventure:

It is called From Genesis To Reimagination and is more than just a complete re-recording of Genesis' debut album from 1969. The CD follows the original track list of the 1968 master tape. The album contains 15 songs and 9 instrumental interludes with a total playing time of almost 62 minutes.

Among the 15 tracks are the outtakes Build Me A Mountain, Image Blown Out and Visions Of Angels. There is also a special six-minute long version of A Place To Call My Own. The album also includes detailed liner notes by Anthony Phillips. It will be released digitally and on CD on 13 February. A vinyl version (clear vinyl) will also be available later.

Further details about the album can be found on the announcement page.

The album will be available at Bandcamp, where it can also be pre-ordered. For UK residents, it is now also available for pre-order via Burningshed.
