Back in 2002 a digital version of a surround mix of The Barry Williams Show was floating around on the net. 2003 saw the release of UP on Super Audio CD with 51. surround sound. First Peter Gabriel released all his solo albums (including the soundtracks) as remasters. In 2003 he surpassed that: All albums came out as hybrid SACDs with a CD stereo (remaster) and an SACD stereo layer. There is, however, no surround sound. Find out here whether SACDs still make a difference.
