Peter Gabriel: "Won't Stand Down (Piano Version)" on Bandcamp

For Full Moon Club members on Bandcamp, Peter Gabriel has released an early piano version of Won't Stand Down today.

Three days before the next full moon, Full Moon Club members on Bandcamp will receive the third version of the current track Won't Stand Down.

This is an early version, characterised by piano and improvised vocals. Interestingly, this recording dates from February 2025 – so here we have proof that this track was created after the i/o-sessions.

Bandcamp also states: Faye Dolle, who is one of Peter's engineers, says that this was the first time that she heard Peter play the song and immediately knew he had something special. Hopefully you'll get a little bit of that same feeling once you press play.
