Phil Collins: "Tomorrow Never Knows (Outtake)" now available

As part of the campaign for the Face Value (Full Value) box set, the song Tomorrow Never Knows (Outtake) was released today.

A few weeks ago, a reissue of Phil Collins' classic Face Value was announced. On the one hand, there is to be a Blu-ray featuring new stereo, 5.1 surround and Dolby Atmos mixes by Steven Wilson; on the other, a 4-LP set is due to be released, packed with extras. Among these extras are previously unreleased tracks.

Today, one such previously unreleased track has been released on digital platforms. Tomorrow Never Knows (Outtake) is exactly what the title suggests: a somewhat rougher, early version of the Beatles song that Phil chose as the closing track on Face Value.
