Tony Banks: 4LP-set "18 Pieces For Orchestra" gets wider release

The Tony Banks album set 18 Pieces For Orchestra, originally intended solely for Record Store Day, is now also being released as a standard vinyl edition.

This year, for Record Store Day, the Tony Banks set 7-6-5 was released as a 4-LP set, now simply titled 18 Pieces For Orchestra. It contains all three classical albums: Seven, Six and Five. It is essentially a vinyl edition of the 3CD box set that was released in 2024. Sides A, B and C of the vinyl contain the album Five. Sides D and E contain Six, and sides F, G and H contain the album Seven. The artwork has been updated for this release. The set included a card signed by Tony and was only available in the UK.

The 4LP set (180g vinyl) has now been announced for release in other markets as well. In Germany, it will be released on 8 May and is identical to the Record Store Day edition, with the exception of the missing signed side. In North America, the set will be released on 12 June.
