I enjoy the Nick Davis remixes on vinyl. The CDs are harsh to me but the vinyl sounds great. I like the details these bring out specially in Selling England by the Pound. Great punch and energy in that remix.

EDIT - in fact it's just reminded me, it puts me in mind of Noel's melodramatic keyboard stings in the Ham Radio episode of Frasier, as heard here at around 01:12 just after "the lines have been cut!"
Look out, he’s got a nug!

I have many of his solo recordings and love all of them. He’s a great performer worthy of greater attention.

It's in my top 5 Genesis albums. Very personal to me on several levels and I love every song.

Anyone here pick up the SEBTP yet? I hope to soon !

It’s really awesome. As a fan of both Genesis and the synthwave genre this is a great track !
-
I love all of his acoustic music! This album needs to be reissued on vinyl.

I purchased SO just after it was released. I figured this song would fly up the charts immediately, but it wasn't until the 90s that I suddenly heard it spring up in commercials, movie promos, etc. A late bloomer of a song but a good one.

Yeah it won't happen. We'll just have to settle for things like Freddy Mercury singing Your Own Special Way, and hopefully at some stage Snoop Dogg's version of Supper's Ready (Shizupper's Ready, G).
Shizzle's Ready
Foshizzle You, Foshizzle Me
Firth of Fizzle
Tonizzle, Tonizzle, Tonizzle
Happy Friday!

I wonder if Steve will change up the setlist when he comes to the US next year, of if he's still doing Foxtrot. I wouldn't mind hearing some other selections.

To me the live version on "Peter Gabriel Plays Live" is the definitive version of this song.

Not sure if you saw my edit but I was able to purchase by not entering a code and just clicking OK.
Thank you for that update. I tried and it wouldn't let me, but then I found a code and I got tickets! Happy Day!

Same here unfortunately. General sale is tomorrow so guess we'll have to wait until then.
