Hi and welcome!
You are right - I thought Qobuz offers high res downloads, but those are only in CD quality.
I assume a lot will be available again once the tour starts.

On the other hand ... will those shows take place in September already anyway?
I got my email yesterday. How long it will take to reach Australia is another question...
erm... it’s not released down under?
Selling England was available on blu-Ray audio. The high res was done for SACD so I see no reason why they should release it on a substandard DVD? DVDs are not that popular anymore anyway and there’s no point to rerelease it without making it available in high resolution.
would be the same if they made when in Rome available again - but only on DVD. This one will come for sure ... on Blu-ray
Don't even joke about that!
would love to hear and see that!
Abacab turns 40 this year ...
Steve has confirmed he hasn’t mentioned Kim
for legal reasons..
Personally, I don’t think the Roger Dean covers as great, but it’s just another opinion. Having said that, I am also not a fan of Kim’s work...
Just joined the forum, glad to be here.
Any idea if they'll tour the States after this? I need to see them, as I'm way overdue!
Thanks.
welcome!
There is no official word yet but it’s likely that further legs of this tour are at least considered and that will also include the states. So just hope this UK tour will go well!
Please continue the discussion here to avoid confusion
Some on twitter complaining that one of the Manchester gigs clashes with Hackett in Manchester the same night and that they have tickets for both.
that also came to my mind ...
Looks like there's not much interest in Scratch my Back here?
You Might Recall is of course quite popular and most liked here for that reason obviously, but I always thought Do The Neurotic is also very strong? So far only #5 in our poll ...
... have listened to White Mountain again this morning. I must say, this belongs to the most underrated tracks of the band. What a great one!
We have now added our own review, put together by Andreas Lauer, who has reviewed most of Steve's classical and acoustic stuff for us

Display MoreA new EP has been released, which contains recordings from ca 1999 - cover versions of Dylan and Lennon tracks:
Tryin' To Get To Heaven (Dylan)
Mother (Lennon)
It's available on vinyl and digitally.
I have finally listened to the tracks
The Dylan cover version is quite good, but the Lennon tracks is something I don't really need.
Nevertheless nice to see some stuff from his archive sees the light of day ...
It's not a surprise that Gretsch have built a new drumkit for the tour. It's also a good way to promote the company. Plus Nic can of course adjust what he needs.
In case you haven't seen that yet
Check out our PETER GABRIEL Recording Compendium, listing all tracks he has been involved in (and we are aware of)

To be fair Christian, it was on sale on the Phil Collins official website and the Genesis official website for a while. That is how we obtained our copy.
Its a great eye opener, it certainly is a good show reel for the team that went on to make Come Rain or Shine.
TGA
ok, wasn't aware of that. But it wasn't available in shops and it's also a cardsleeve DVD.
