Aww! I believe I'm getting both volumes for my birthday.
Better save your money for the rainy days......

I'm a little surprised they're not including Italy, a sort of early spiritual heartland for them and of course the site of the huge free concert on the 07 tour.
I'm not in the least surprised by the management choice....already in 1992 the only Italian show of the We Can't Dance Tour scheduled in Turin at Delle Alpi stadium was canceled due to a low presale....here in Italy there has never been a generation change and the average Genesis fans has 60 years and up......
who controls the media belongs to that age group...band biographers cannot publish books that don't have Peter Gabriel on the cover.....this is the current situation in Italy.
Maybe i explained myself wrong....Zucchero Sugar Fornaciari was the first internationally successfull artist to cover Genesis....anyway for those who don't know it....
I think it's the first time that a great artist cover Genesis....
seems like Peter Gabriel sings......
Bored to death........move on Steve..........
And exceptional quality audio either.....this is very close to real esperience...thanks very much.
A real artist would never allow himselfe to write such idiocy ....showing total direspect towards great artist likes Tony Mike and Phil....what talentess man.....
I like Wingbeats..... clearly a homage Phil Collins Tarzan period.......bravo maestro!!!!!
Goosebumps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm very happy that someone has finally mentioned the Steve Aldous book....compared to Giammetti works is much more detailed and also more balanced.....no images but instead a tremendous work of research....
Thanks for the replies....all i can say is that i listened with a good pair of earphone and it's sound really fantastic.....
Here in Italy the first album to be released in Dolby Atmos is called "La voce del Padrone" by Franco Battiato originally released in 1981...an will be uploadead in Spotify....i just listened "In The AIr Tonight" by Collins and it's really awesone!!!!!......the music really becomes threedimensional...if you want to exsperience this feeling just open Spotify and write Dolby Atmos....there's a selection of songs .....try Queen or Led Zeppelin.....you don't have to wait 40 years....
5.1 is the past.....Dolby Atmos is the present.
An expanded reissue of From Genesis to revelation is out soon on Cherry Red.
Useless ....the same old story.....save your money.
Useless book.....it's just a rework of his book "Musical Box ,Le canzoni dei Genesis dalla A alla Z" relesased in 2010.......much better the work of Steve Aldous "The Songs Of Genesis" much more complete and objective....Aldous has much more open-mindness then Giammetti and his way of writing is much less boring...but aniway if you don't read Italian language and you buy it only for the photos.....the cover it's just awful....it's seems that only Gabriel composed all the Genesis song...but here in Italy this is the only way to sell a Genesis book...anyway in Italy they are just followed by from over sixties.....
