Haven't heard this for years, but it's a good track so 11 points from me (also for the great guitar work)

Oh, I was expecting US dates. But okay, for me that's fine. Time to visit Helsinki again!

Nice stories and photos. I wanted to go (to the Royal Albert Hall) but could not make it happen (work commitments) and now I kind of regret it.
But it looks like we will get a concert film anyway...

Listened to this again recently. When I first heard it, I thought it lacks a good singer and I still think it is the weak point, but I would not say today that it's that bad. You can get used to it.
Anyway, it's nice they did that track!

This was my introduction into the world of Peter Gabriel and it worked quite well.
Funny: His second album became a favorite for a while

Just found this poll and can't believe the lack of votes here. For me, it's a masterpiece worth full score - 15/15

Just like the FGTR remix, I doubt we will see this boxset before the new year. Still no announcement and it seems they are still discussing details / content? Then a production hasn't even started ....
-
No new about this for months now. I was expecting an announcement for an autumn release, but nothing .... will this ever appear?

Fu......ng wonderful! Thank you for sharing this.

I am so happy Steve doesn't do colored vinyl
(irony off)

Now that the album is out - any thoughts?
For me, it's ok. Jupiter is a nice song!
I just don't understand those strange song titles ....
It bores me, actually. Some of the bonus tracks are ok for me, but the album as suck is crap.

Still no sign of US dates - but a brand new blog on his site:

I always had my problems with this album. It sounds a bit out of context, it's simply not a safe place for Steve. At the time, it was interesting to see him explore new ground, but looking back, it's more like an adventure which didn't work. Nevertheless, the above mentioned "Tombstone Rolle"r is great, as is "Born In Chicago" ...

I've always wondered: who decides what colors they are? And what's the reasoning for each color (I suppose the Genesis ones kinda make sense for the most part)? So far I'm aware of:
Genesis:
SEBTP - clear
ATOTT - yellow
ATTWT - Sea blue
Pigeons - blue (if this one counts)
Duke - white
TIOA The Hits - Clear
PC:
NJR - Orange
...BS - Turquoise
PG:
So - Blue
There plenty of Hackett vinyl items in colour. When I have the time, I'll try to post a list!

10 shows??????
Unbelievable. This must be the biggest tour that ever happened.

Did this interview ever happen? Can't find anything.

I have to change my vote from 14 to 15. Have been listening to this track in various versions recently, also with the rather fresh impression of the recent tour, and I have to say there's nothing in his solo catalogue as strong as this one, and that justifies 15 points for me!
-
well, well ... Vinyl - I'll pass.
But new digipaks sounds nice!

Thanks for the heads-up. Just bought the digital album.
