This seems to be a 30 years old quote from Mr Waters, see here

I think Shock the Monkey could give it a run for its money, at least in terms of crowd-pleasing.
Honestly, I like the setlist, I only think the first half is a little heavy on the new material. My vote to fix that would be to move Red Rain to the first half, to spread the older songs out a little more.
If they switched out And Still and put in San Jacinto instead, I would also love that. Maybe also take out This is Home and put in Games w/o Frontiers as well.
Still I'm sure it'll be a great show as is!!! I guess we'll know for sure what it'll be tomorrow night...
I wouldn't drop This Is Home and And Still, two great tracks from the new album.

John Hackett Band guitarist NICK FLETCHER will release his third solo album in three years next week. It's called Quadrivium and also features drummer Anika Nilles.
It is again quite an impressive instrumental work and if you like floydish sounds, this is one for you!
We already have a review online here:

The album is available for pre-order tomorrow on Nick's website (details in our review)

Any Stones fans here?
Never really been a fan myself, but I do have a couple of albums (and I like Voodoo Lounge a lot).
Their new single is out and the new album Hackney Diamonds will follow in October.

I'm increasingly bored of the whole drip-drip release thing
PG obviously thinks this is all very clever / innovative / funny / cutting edge
When he finally releases an actual album, then I'll find three favourite tracks.....
I'm not bored at all. I heard all the tracks live (except So Much), but I enjoy every full moon release a lot. I have never spend so much time listening to new stuff and the album is growing and growing.

we will find out very soon whether or not he will change the setlist. Looking forward to all the reports from the North American fans

They won't do any sort of concert film from that tour.
Besides the fact they didn't film a show after rehearsals, I just think they don't care about any releases anymore.
-
14pts from me. It was one of my favorites when I first heard it (ca 1990) and that never changed.

Notes: It was something like the starting signal of the post-Gabriel era. With Squonk, Collins took over the vocals in the studio for the first time, because he was simply better at it than all the candidates who auditioned. The song is said to have a Led Zeppelin-like "heaviness", and was played live mainly at the end of the 70s.. -
I agree, I would expect the Dark Side mix will bring those vocals out a bit, and also the very distant drum pattern-did you hear it there in the background? Kind of buried, like in Don't Give Up. I bet that will be more prominent in the DS mix.
probably also the guitar ...

In my opinion Big Time was the weak link in an otherwise brilliant set. I’m biased though as I really don’t think it’s a strong song. Ditch it and put Secret World in its place, then you have an almost perfect setlist!
That's funny
I thought the same BEFORE I saw the show. Why the hell did he choose BT?
Then after the show I knew. It was a brilliant performance.

Parts of the recording were indeed taken from the 2016 live performance in Toronto.
