Looks like the albums grows over time. I must say that I was a bit annoyed by its sound at first, but now that's better. So Real is my favorite track.

The unadulterated version is incomplete - the following verses are missing
That girl has got no scruples'
Not a wrinkle on her face
You would not believe the plot she conceived
So they'd let her take my place
Well, no man is an island
No man is a sea
But this display of emotion
Is all but drowning me
What a show, oh what a show
On my show, the Barry Williams show
It's my show
What a show
Dysfunctional excess
Is all it took for my success

Check out the link above, it lists all involved musicians (Tony Levin is one of them)
But this track actually is not my cup of tea

I also wonder what might be on the CherryRed edition.
A few years ago, there was the 50 Years Ago album (check out our review here), which was only available digitally. So I'd expect something from that to be on the CherryRed edition as well.

We Wait And We Wonder
Regarding a possible reschedule - SOLO are the promoters and they usually have a lot of dates booked without knowing who will play. So I wouldn't be too surprised if they came up with something in autumn. But let's see what's possible in April first
-
Well, I really hope they make a lot of stuff sound different. I can always hear the records but it would be nice to hear the tracks in a different, unexpected way.

Saw them in Gelsenkirchen 1992 for the first time. Was also my first ever concert, 68,000 people, quite amazing for someone who was 15 at the time.
Then Dortmund 1998 - another great show, I believe it was the only sold out show in Germany during that tour.
I also had tickets for Bielefeld in the same year, it was an extra show that never happened. We were all in the venue waiting until someone told us at 9pm the band won't play. Strange experience...
I saw them plenty of times in 2007
Brussels dress rehearsals
Hamburg
Düsseldorf (2)
Frankfurt
Stuttgart
Hannover
Munich
I will also be in the UK this year (if it happens)

We finally have published the English translation of a review about the BRAND X live album Livestock, which was written this November.
Personally, I took the chance to listen to this one again. It was one of my first "side project" albums and I always enjoyed Phil's drumming for Brand X.

Genesis have never recorded (unlike Queen, Chris Rea and others) a proper Christmas song.
I was wondering what you usually listen to before and during Christmas (in case you celebrate)?
We don't have something specific, but this year I am listening to CHILLY GONZALES a lot - his Christmas album is really enjoyable.

I'd love to hear parts from Supper's Ready, but I am sure about the Apocalypse concept... Nevertheless, I am pretty sure Nic wants to do this, so you never know...
-
Ok thanks man. I wasn’t sure cos on the back it says it was mastered by Kevin gray. I thought nick would of done the mastering
Sometimes special vinyl releases have different people involved, that's not that unusual.
I wasn't sure about the blue edition, but it actually is official!

Seems to be this release
https://www.discogs.com/de/Gen…he-Pigeon/release/3553016
so it’s not a bootleg! -
Is this a dual speed version, i.e. both sides have the same tracks, but will be played back at different speed?
-
Lamb, w&w and Duke are the tours I wish I had seen
Well The Lamb was performed superb by The Musical Box - so at least I have an idea how that tour was
-
Someone said in our German forum that it sounds a bit like Vertigo from U2
the drumming is really nice -
PHIL COLLINS' son Nicholas is also busy with his own band, Better Strangers. The band is more or less a continuation of his last band Fifty Eight Hundred, and they have released their debut single today.

Steven Wilson is someone I simply can't stant listening with very few exceptions.
I think he is the most overrated musician of our time
Nevertheless, I adore his 5.1 work

Peter has agreed to participate in an online virtual event on 1st Dec, Peace Through Music. Peter will perform his classic track Biko.
