The first thing that strikes the listener about The Flowers of London's debut album is the unusual timbre that resonates throughout this superbly crafted – if gloriously eccentric, nine track album...it's a pity there aren't more artists brave enough to make records like this. There is the odd Stackridge feel to a few tracks.
