For me, it's a standout track of their later period and a highlight on We Can't Dance. I always prefer to play this really loud. A wonderful track.

It has a nice, dark atmosphere - which indeed reminds me of some Gabriel moments. Especially the verses could also be from a Gabriel tune. I like this! -

My second favorite song on WCD (Driving the Last Spike being my favorite), which may say more about the pedestrian nature of the album than the overwhelming quality of those particular songs.
