My wife doesn't use Facebook either. She quit recently. I just unliked all the political pages and unfollowed all the people who post negative news, and that took care of most of the things I don't like about it.
Just copy and paste your image using the image tool above via your link with htts//.........Very easy!..... In fact this is quite an easy forum to use.. just getting used to the tricks of the trade here!!....

That's like asking an adult who no longer reads Janet And John books to put down the Gabriel Garcia Marquez book they're reading and go back to the kind of stuff that's only enjoyed by children.
