Telegraph - Mir - 2018 - Israel
Very good, mostly instrumental, very 70s-style retro-prog, with strong musical ties to Camel and Pink Floyd, plus
Sanhedrin..................This is very well played and it feels like more than the sum of its parts!
It’s sort of a concept album about Sergei Krikalev, a cosmonaut who had to stay significantly longer than was original planned at the Soviet space station, after the collapse of USSR!

From what I have heard of Down The Road Wherever, I have a feeling it is going to be right up there with my favourite Knopfler albums. That is a big statement, because I love the man & everything he has ever done. There is a lot of autobiographical material, some jazzier & funkier stuff, the usual moving ballads & storytelling.

Listening to And Then There were Three. I am working my way through every Genesis album from Genesis To Revelation to Calling All Stations.
I do this every couple of years, don't know why.
I also do it with my other 2 fav groups, Motorhead and Nightwish.
Not sure why I do it, I guess I am just a bit odd, which can't be all that bad
Actually just finished ATTWT and started listening to Duke.

I would certainly agree with that. His solo stuff is different to Dire Straits but is really worth a listen
