I must admit my music tastes tend to be more instrumentally inclined, rather then just vocals.. I like a mixture.

Bacon Sandwich or Bacon Butty?
Is that just a naming difference or a difference in how it's made, which could be a whole controversial thread itself!
I've always called it a bacon sandwich. Cheap white bread, butter, good quality streaky bacon, pepper. After that it becomes whatever I feel like - sometimes some hot chilli sauce, sometimes ketchup, sometimes nothing.

Bacon sandwich. Bacon anything will beat most other things.
Does a chip butty originate from Yorkshire? I just thought it was a general British thing.

Fawlty Towers or Only Fools and Horses?
I lived in Yorkshire and they considered the Chip Butty theirs.... I have to admit it is rather good!! There used to be shops in Sheffield that purely sold Chip Butties ......
Faulty Towers.. Very much a classic. There is apparantly a lot of gags and puns written into an episode... Probably more then Only Fools and Horses. Though my favourite character was Trigger...
Tomato ketchup or HP sauce?
If they considered it theirs, you can bet Lancashire also feel the same way! I do love a good chip butty, but....bacon!
I never got Only Fools and Horses the way others did. I enjoyed it, and it had some great moments, but I never understood why it always rated so highly in all time comedy lists. Better than much that has come since though.
Ferrari or Aston Martin?

I tried to google this, but references have included Northern England... Though Sheffield, Lancashire and Liverpool have also been mentioned.... Though having lived in Sheffield, I'm sure they are slightly biased.....
