Thank you! Will give it a try.....
Yes, do. Do you enjoy cooking? I love it, it's one of my favourite things to do.

I love cooking. I try to eat healthy.
Bran flakes sprinkled with museli, a banana, toast and marmalade, mug of tea.
Fried egg, vegan lorne sausage and slice of toast with a mug of tea

We are brothers in toast and mugs of tea.
What's the vegan lorne like? That said, it's not as though I have actual lorne very much... probably once since we moved to Scotland! Not that I dislike it or anything.
Hmmm, I think some kind of cooked breakfast might have to be had this weekend... possibly involving a slice of the delicious black pudding from the local butcher.

I quite like the vegan lorne sausage and have it a couple of times a week. Texture is not quite the same as a normal lorne but very similar. I am not a vegetarian but was told by the hospital last year because of some kidney problems I should have 4 days a week where I eat vegetarian and the other 3 days I can include meat, fish etc
Two fried eggs, a slice of black pudding, fried mushrooms, toasted bagel, big frosty glass of ice cold fresh squeezed orange juice.
Cheese, mushroom and onion omlette with a cup of decaf tea
Two waffles with butter and maple syrup, 4 slices of bacon and a glass of cran-raspberry juice.

Other than the juice - not much of a raspberry guy, but cran is good - that sounds luscious.
I had a glass of orange juice, two soft buttered rolls stuffed with crispy bacon with a squirt of ketchup, and a mug of strong tea (in my Lamb mug).

Cheapo Shreddies!
Bowl of bran flakes sprinkled with museli, toasted cinnamon bagel, mug of tea.
Big fan of breakfast and I guess that's why it's my biggest meal of the day.
Today I had an egg white, spinach, and potato omelette. A small cup of strawberry yogurt and followed that up with a bowl of oatmeal with some fresh blueberries, and two cups of coffee.
Cheapo Shreddies!
Cheaper yes , much superior to Sheddies.

In the same way that own-brand honey nut cornflakes are generally better and way cheaper than Kellogs. Similarly, knock-off jaffa cakes tend to be better than McVities original. I favour Morrisons at 30p per 12-pack - far superior. Also the ones from Londis in a red & white box.

Again today.
Today . Mushrooms and Spinach on Marmite on toast with brown sauce.
