How is this off topic? If the tour is canceled or postponed it will be because of Covid.
But the girlfriend’s co-worker has not much to do with this tour, has she...!?

The point (obviously) is that if further shows (or the entire tour) gets postponed it will be because of the virus, the resurgence of which has been to a significant degree fueled by people not getting vaccinated. It’s happening with other big-act tours (e.g. Garth Brooks just canceled a number of stadium shows). And by the way, my gf is supposed to go with me to the Genesis concert. So yes, even in that sense her being exposed to the virus by someone is relevant. More broadly, the example I mentioned was designed to be illustrative of the larger point.
Just noticed this, and reported it.
Thanks. I suspect it’s just wonky tech.
tomorrow will mark 1 month til the start of the tour
Will we get an announcement of some sort and hopefully not a postponement one

no. that is wrong.

we will see a postponement because of international refunds which are rising at ticketmaster.
I have moved a couple of posts to the Corona virus - stay safe thread, because maps outlining Covid data in the U.S. have nothing whatsoever to do with the Genesis tour of the UK and Ireland (unless Liz got 'em colonies back and I've missed it in the news).

Any chance you could move Murdock's ridiculous posts too, preferably to another forum!
AW YEAH!!
AW YEAH!!
Excellent! Looks like it’s all systems go.
Not on Twitter- what did it say?

Does it not still show up if you click on it? If not, all it did was list the British dates and say "see you there?"

That's all. Did you expect anything else?! They do not care.

Thanks. When I clicked on it asked for my password

"I'll see myself to the door!"

Yes, damn them. God damn them all to hell!
(whispers almost inaudibly)
I hope the tour goes ahead and I refuse to pour endless amounts of cynicism over it. If it IS postponed again, OK. Is there any need to keep saying so?
Just letting off steam because there seems to be a concerted effort to bring everyone down. And we really don't need any more of that.

No need to whisper it, you're absolutely right but this is an internet forum and in common with band forums I've experienced elsewhere every individual molecule of everything to do with a tour will be relentlessly picked over in forensic detail.
We previously had the incessant "don't expect it to be any good because, you know, Phil's voice..." which thankfully tailed off so perhaps "but blah blah blah postponement" has moved in to fill that vacuum.

Yes, that's true. It's a huge thing, regardless. It's great that it is (probably) happening. It's great there is so much discussion about it.
