How long does it take to clear?
Pardon?
Seriously, I have no idea, wasn't from personal experience, just know of others who've used it.
I could've put this in a Collins thread but wouldn't know which one to choose so decided to put it here.

Heh, heh, this picture is the avatar of a member of the German Genesis forum, Chinwildchicken, if I remember correctly.
Another 'rock cartoon':

He was on the conforums forum too, but I think someone else did "ave" a tar of it there. (Terrible English language attempt at humour, don't worry if you don't get it!)
I can translate „having a tar“ into German, but it makes no sense.
Probably a pun or an idiom?

It was (arguably) a pun.
Why is it that a low voice is called a "deep" voice, but a high voice is not called a "shallow" one?

Could it be that saying 'low' voice might make it sound like it's a quiet voice?

A low, deep voice can be 'intense' as well, and a high voice can be 'piercing.'

Hi there NSOV.
I've been on this planet 20,890 days so far
Yeah, we will never make it to a million days
For me, it's been 22,051 days so far.
Even if you live to be 100, you will only have lived 36,500 days
If you change your toothbrush 3 times a year, most of us will live through probably no more than about 250 toothbrushes.
Imagine conversations like:
"How old are you?"
"147."
"What?!"
"I measure my life in toothbrushes, mate."
Yeah, we will never make it to a million days

51 more than the Moody Blues song!
1,993 hours til brexit.
