The long awaited deep dive video has finally appeared on Bandcamp
Along with some info that they will continue the Full Moon Club and more news on that will follow soon. In the meantime we will have to wait for the Live And Let Live Deepdive and the alternate version of that song
Curious to see what they will offer ... should be something else than Back to front from London etc. Real alternative versions from different tracks would be cool!
Some old unreleased tracks from the 80' s or 90's would be amazing.
John has a headache, I go swimming (with vocals) etc..

we will provide a list with some tracks. I assume Peter still has plans for a boxset with unreleased material, so I guess we will most likely get alternate versions of existing tracks, but we'll try ...
Would be so wonderful!
I still remember reading an interview of Alan Parker (Birdy's director)in the eighties who said he heard amazing tracks that did not make it on
album 4, but for him they were as strong as the released material.
I presume they will not offer tracks that they can make money from in any way. Especially if they are aware that all spectacular stuff will be spread out through the internet within minutes.
So it will probably be stuff that is kind of nice, but only interesting for a limited group. The stuff they've put out so far fits right in. Only the Back To Front recording fell out (but that likely came to generate interest in the subscription again).
I can think of instrumentals of i/o tracks or re-releases of old promo stuff (that came e.g. with the former Real World Notes CDs).
I wonder if they'll also start releasing live versions of i/o songs, leading up to the (presumed) live dvd next year. Then again, he already did this for i/o, so he may not want to repeat himself this way.

I wouldn't find that really exciting as I'm not a fan of live albums in general (except for Plays Live )
Today's Bandcamp deep dive of Live and Let Live reveals that there will be live songs and older stuff released in the next while for the monthly Bandcamp subscribers. PG also says he'll be back making new music in a few months! Here's hoping. Perhaps i/o's success (both critically and being #1 in the UK) is proving a strong motivator.
First thing: merry Xmas and Happy new year to all the Forumers!!
Yesterday on Bandcamp has been published the "Halfway House Mix" of Love Can Heal, a work in progress version.

Nice!
But I hope they will come up with some more exciting stuff, worth the subscription fee!

we all do, I think.
I agree ... we need something substantial that justifies the monthly fee. Just a demo or different version of some of the i/o tracks is no enough for me.
I think the January song will be telling. December was busy with the album release and holidays. What we see later this month will give us a clearer sign of things to come throughout 2024. PG did mention live songs and earlier songs/demos as future possibilities.

Ooh. Full shows???
Yesterday was new moon so they are a bit late. Two tracks per month should be the minimum for the subscription
We also provided a list with possible stuff for Bandcamp to realworld anf I am curious whether or not this will be considered.
There must be plenty of stuff in his archives we are not even aware of. But even the list of stuff we are aware of and could be interesting is rather long
I am also a bit disappointed. I was expecting some kind of message with some explanations what's to come in the next weeks and months. Will wait some weeks and then maybe cancel my subscription.
I probably cancel my subscription.
I will wait until end of January - then I will decide...
